Soft tortillas with creamy spread and crisp vegetables; ready in 15 minutes for gatherings or snacks.

# What You Need:

→ Creamy Spread

01 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
02 - 2 tablespoons sour cream
03 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Vegetables

07 - 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
08 - 1/2 yellow bell pepper, finely diced
09 - 1 small carrot, peeled and grated
10 - 1/2 cucumber, deseeded and finely diced
11 - 2 green onions, finely chopped
12 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

→ Wraps

13 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch diameter)

# Directions:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
02 - Add the finely chopped red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, grated carrot, diced cucumber, green onions, and parsley to the cream mixture. Stir gently to evenly combine.
03 - Place each flour tortilla flat on a clean cutting board or work surface.
04 - Spread one-fourth of the vegetable mixture evenly onto each tortilla, leaving about 1/2 inch bordering the edges.
05 - Tightly roll up each filled tortilla, ensuring the filling is enclosed.
06 - Using a sharp knife, cut each rolled tortilla into 1-inch pieces.
07 - Arrange the roll ups on a platter for immediate serving, or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • This is the kind of appetizer you can make with barely any planning (and barely any mess).
  • It delivers a punch of color and flavor that always looks irresistible on a party platter.
02 -
  • If the tortillas are too cold, they’ll crack instead of roll (pop them in the microwave for a few seconds first).
  • Letting the filled rolls chill for thirty minutes makes slicing much neater and tidier.
03 -
  • Softened cream cheese makes all the difference—cold cheese will never blend smooth with the other ingredients.
  • A sharp serrated knife won’t crush the rolls as you slice, giving you cleaner bites and prettier presentation.
