07 - Serve immediately, allowing guests to assemble their own wraps.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It strikes the perfect balance between savory, sweet, and spicy without any heavy carbs weighing you down.
  • The assembly is incredibly fun and turns a weeknight dinner into an interactive experience.
02 -
  • Overcooking the vegetables will ruin the texture, so keep them bright and crisp for the best experience.
  • Letting the sauce reduce slightly in the pan concentrates the flavors for a much tastier result.
03 -
  • Chill the lettuce leaves in ice water for an hour before serving to make them incredibly crisp and refreshing.
  • Toasting the peanuts in a dry pan for two minutes before garnishing releases their oils and boosts their flavor immensely.
