# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Everything cooks on one pan, meaning you spend less time cleaning and more time actually enjoying your evening
  • The honey garlic glaze hits that perfect sweet and savory balance that makes even vegetable skeptics go back for seconds
02 -
  • Don't crowd the pan or your vegetables will steam instead of roast, leaving you with soggy broccoli instead of those delicious crispy edges
  • The honey glaze can go from perfectly caramelized to burned quickly, so keep an eye on things during the last few minutes of roasting
03 -
  • Cut your vegetables into uniform sizes so everything finishes cooking at the same time
  • If you like extra heat, add red pepper flakes to the glaze before tossing everything together
