05 - Carefully roll each rectangle around the filling, pinching edges to seal and prevent cheese leakage during baking.
06 - Place roll ups seam side down on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over the top of each roll.
07 - Bake for 15 minutes until beef is fully cooked and cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 - Serve hot with marinara sauce on the side for dipping, if desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The combination of seasoned beef and melted cheese creates this incredibly satisfying bite that feels way more indulgent than it actually is
  • They come together in under 30 minutes but look impressive enough for serving guests
  • Everything bakes in one pan and the cleanup is almost non existent
02 -
  • Make sure your cream cheese is completely softened or you will get chunks in the beef mixture that do not distribute evenly
  • The beef mixture might feel sticky and a bit stubborn to work with but keep your hands slightly damp and it will be much easier
  • Really seal those edges well or you will lose precious cheese into the pan while baking
03 -
  • If the beef mixture feels too sticky to handle, pop it in the fridge for 15 minutes before shaping the rectangles
  • Use kitchen shears to snip the pepperoni into smaller pieces so they distribute more evenly throughout each roll up
