A comforting Irish-inspired blend of hot coffee, brown sugar, and fluffy whipped cream topping.

# What You Need:

→ Coffee Base

01 - 2 cups freshly brewed hot coffee, preferably strong

→ Sweetener

02 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar

→ Whipped Cream

03 - 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
04 - 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
05 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Garnish

06 - Pinch of ground nutmeg or cocoa powder

# Directions:

01 - Brew fresh coffee and distribute evenly between two heatproof glasses or mugs, filling each halfway.
02 - Stir 1 tablespoon brown sugar into each glass until completely dissolved.
03 - In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form, approximately 3-4 minutes.
04 - Gently spoon whipped cream over each coffee, allowing it to float on top without mixing.
05 - Dust with ground nutmeg or cocoa powder and serve immediately while hot.
