# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The Greek yogurt makes it feel substantial enough to power you through a morning without that hollow hunger an hour later
  • It is secretly loaded with spinach but the pineapple and banana completely hide any grassy taste
02 -
  • Frozen fruit is your friend here because it eliminates the need for ice which just waters everything down
  • Start with less liquid than you think you need because you can always add more but you cannot take it out
03 -
  • If your smoothie separates after sitting, just give it a quick stir and it is good to go
  • Invest in a blender with at least 900 watts because cheap ones leave leafy chunks that ruin the experience
