# What You Need:

→ Fresh Fruits

01 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
02 - 1 cup seedless grapes
03 - 1 cup fresh blueberries
04 - 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced into rounds
05 - 1 apple, cored and thinly sliced, tossed with fresh lemon juice to prevent oxidation

→ Sweets & Treats

06 - 1 cup assorted chocolates (dark, milk, and white varieties)
07 - 1 cup assorted cookies (shortbread, chocolate chip, and macarons)
08 - ½ cup mini brownie bites
09 - ½ cup marshmallows
10 - ½ cup chocolate-covered pretzels

→ Dips & Spreads

11 - ½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella)
12 - ½ cup salted caramel sauce
13 - ½ cup freshly whipped cream or vanilla yogurt

→ Garnishes

14 - ¼ cup candied nuts
15 - Fresh mint sprigs

# Directions:

01 - Wash all fruits under cold running water and pat thoroughly dry with a clean kitchen towel. Halve the strawberries, peel and slice the kiwis into rounds, and core the apple before cutting it into thin slices. Toss the apple slices with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to prevent browning.
02 - Position the prepared fruits in clusters across a large serving board or platter, spacing them out to create distinct sections. Vary the colors and textures for visual contrast.
03 - Fill small bowls or ramekins with the chocolate hazelnut spread, salted caramel sauce, and whipped cream or vanilla yogurt. Distribute the bowls evenly around the board so guests can easily reach them from any side.
04 - Arrange the assorted chocolates, cookies, mini brownie bites, marshmallows, and chocolate-covered pretzels around the board, grouping similar items together for an organized and visually appealing presentation.
05 - Scatter candied nuts into any empty spaces and tuck fresh mint sprigs throughout the board to add pops of green color and a fragrant touch.
06 - Present the board immediately at room temperature. Encourage guests to mix, match, and dip their favorite combinations.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • No oven, no stove, no stress: this board comes together in twenty minutes flat and looks like it belonged in a magazine.
  • Every single person finds something they adore, from the fruit lover to the devoted chocoholic, because you built a little universe of choices on one plank.
02 -
  • Wet fruit is the enemy of a beautiful board, so dry everything twice if you must.
  • Assemble no more than an hour before serving because cut fruit weeps and cookies soften after that.
03 -
  • Start with your biggest items and dips, then fill outward, because trying to fit large bowls around small fruit always ends in frustration.
  • A board that looks slightly overcrowded reads as abundant and celebratory, so err on the side of too much rather than too little.
