# What You Need:

01 - 1.5 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Spread seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and tender.
